Airborne GPS and Surveying

AEROmetrex uses the latest technology of GPS receiver in all aerial photography capture to obtain the precise location of photo centres at the time of exposure. The GPS receivers used by AEROmetrex log at 10 times per second and with the most advanced aerial photography GPS processing software, AEROmetrex processes the data to achieve a high accuracy in photo centre data. This data adds another element in the stringent aerotriangulation process.

AEROmetrex also undertakes the surveying of ground control points vital for the accurate production of orthophotography. Using high end dual frequency GPS receivers for photogrammetric projects as well as other traditional surveying tasks ensures timely and precise data for base mapping programs.
