Murrumbidgee Irrigation database update

AEROmetrex completed a 20cm image capture and produced a detail DTM and limited feature capture product for the Murrumbidgee Irrigation

Trust that was made of 1,144,264 breaklines and 10,889,593 vertices for a combined length of 179,734km.

The feature capture and Detailed DTM were used by AEROmetrex to update the water channels and water supply database for the client.

AEROmetrex Countrywide Program

AEROmetrex Countrywide was officially launched in August 2011, It is an ambitious acquisition program that commenced in rural Queensland but has extended to the rest of the country.

The acquisition program offers dozens of rural towns and communities the benefit of its high-resolution UltraCam orthophoto aerial imagery.

This service provides the imagery to clients much faster, cheaper and easier without the cost of mobilisation and the extra fees that arise due to weather issues, administration and tendering costs etc.

Onkaparinga Estuary detail DTM with Bathymetric survey

AEROmetrex produced a Digital Elevation Model of the Onkaparinga Estuary.

The DEM included bathymetry of the Onkaparinga Estuary basin and near shore seaward extents.

The DEM was used for the analysis of sea level rise and storm surge modelling, flood mapping, wave and stream energy erosion simulation and vegetation/ecosystem impact analysis.

National Broadband Network Corridor Mapping

AEROmetrex recently completed a project for the National Broadband Network (NBN).

AEROmetrex provided 15cm and 30cm fastlook imagery and derived feature capture data in vector format.

The deliverables will assist in the construction of a high-speed broadband network that will reach 100% of Australian premises and supply vital communications to our country for many years to come.

Cooper Basin Pipeline DTM

AEROmetrex completed an aerial survey project in the Cooper Basin area. The products delivered were 20cm Fastlook imagery and a detailed DTM with a 3m grid of points supplied in ASCII (X,Y,Z), 1.0m contours (0.5m formlines) and breaklines supplied in DWG, DXF and DGN formats. The pipeline extended to 170 linear kilometres and a swift of 200 meters.
